Welcome to 4tracautomotive.com (the “Site”), operated by 4TRAC Automotive, L.L.C. (“4TRAC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, including browsing, creating an account, and purchasing products. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

• Vehicle fitment information is provided as a guide. While we work to keep fitment data accurate, you are responsible for verifying compatibility with your specific vehicle (including trim and options) before purchase and installation. If you’re unsure, contact us before ordering.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including on orders already placed, and will notify you before charging a corrected price.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing/listing errors.

4. Orders and Payment

• By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms. An order is not accepted until we confirm shipment or otherwise confirm acceptance.
• Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor at the time of order. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs (for international orders), or supplier availability.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by law.
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees that are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

7. Product Installation and Use

• Many products sold on this Site — including paint protection film, ceramic coatings, and interior liners — are intended for installation by the customer or a qualified installer. • Professional installation services, where offered, are subject to separate scheduling terms and, where applicable, a separate service agreement.
• Product warranties, where provided, are subject to the manufacturer’s or 4TRAC’s specific warranty terms provided with the product or at time of purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software — is owned by or licensed to 4TRAC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use in connection with your purchase.

9. User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content to the Site, you grant 4TRAC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and marketing the Site and our products. You represent that you own or have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate any third party’s rights.

We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content at our discretion, including content that is false, misleading, offensive, or violates these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 4TRAC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR ORDER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
